- Material & Standards: Glass fiber reinforced thermosetting resin composite. Standards: ISO 10639, ASTM D3517, AWWA C950, EN 1796.
- Manufacturing Method: Filament winding, centrifugal casting, or continuous winding methods.
- Nominal Diameters: DN 25 – DN 4000 mm (1" – 160"), tolerances as per relevant standards.
- Wall Thickness Range: Based on nominal pressure class and stiffness class (SN 2500, SN 5000, SN 10000).
- Pressure Ratings: Typical PN 1 to PN 32 (bar), higher ratings available on request.
- Stiffness Classes: SN 2500, SN 5000, SN 10000 (N/m²), per ISO 10467/EN 1796.
- Joint Types: Bell-and-spigot joints with elastomeric gaskets, butt-wrap joints, adhesive joints, or flanged connections.
- Lining Options Standard resin-rich internal layer, optional abrasion-resistant or chemical-resistant liners.
